There are more than 70 senior business and academic experts engaged in the HORIZON Programme. Each of the Horizon Panels is chaired by a MATRIX member, responsible for bringing proposals to MATRIX on how best to position Northern Ireland for competitive advantage over the short, medium and longer terms (spanning periods between 5,10 and 15 years). Each panel has drawn up a series of recommendations which will be presented to DETI and the DETI Minister.
