Dr Gilligan joined Galen in June 1992 as Regulatory Affairs Manager and has held positions of increasing responsibility until her appointment to Vice President Operations, Warner Chilcott, UK in December 2004. Dr Gilligan is responsible for all activities carried out on the Larne site including research and development, manufacturing and associated support functions. In addition Dr Gilligan is responsible for all global pharmaceutical development activities for WC.
Claire obtained her PhD in Pharmacy from the Queen’s University, Belfast and worked there as a lecturer before moving to industry.
