John D'Arcy is Chief Executive of the Association of Northern Ireland Colleges (ANIC). Previously John was Director of BDO Stoy Hayward Management Consultants; Principal Officer for Research and Statistics with CCEA; and Research Fellow with the Northern Ireland Council for Educational Research. He is a Chairman of Audiences NI; Member of the Broadcasting Council for Northern Ireland; and a Director of the NI Commonwealth Games Council.
